The folks over at Gear Gods had some great things to say about our cabs. You can check out the original post here.
2014 is going to be a big year for Janice, and we have made the decision to add another set of hands to the effort. We are pleased to introduce our good friend Matt Vicars (or Vic for short) as our new sales representative. Feel free to drop him a line with any cab inquiries.

Over the last few years, we here at Janice Cabs have worked hard to create the best music products we can make. We try to make our prices competitive and comparable to other custom companies on the market. At the end of the day though, our two-man operation and rising material prices have left us in a predicament.
We are announcing that in March we will be increasing the prices on our baltic birch and apple core maple back lines to adapt to the rising costs of materials. We will honor existing prices and deals throughout the month of February. While this action may seem rash to some of you, there really is no way for us to stay in business if we continue to operate at these prices on every build.
However, in order to combat this increasing price margin we are currently developing a new back line, a “workingman special” so to speak. These cabs will still feature our classic hardwood look and finishes, but will have a different lay out and lack some of the more time consuming aspects that go into our existing cabs. The cabs will be much more affordable for touring musicians on a tight budget.
In addition, we would also like to take this moment to announce a couple of new product lines that will be debuted in the month of March.
First of all, our line of pedal boards are in the prototype stage and will be out on the road very soon. Expect to see some photographs and videos in the coming weeks.
We have been developing a line of amplifiers over the past year, containing all original circuits that will appeal to a wide range of musicians. We are excited to announce our first amplifier on the market, an all original 10-watt Class-A circuit with one KT-88 and an EF-86. We designed this head to be a low-wattage, high head room amplifier. The amplifier will be available in both head and 1×12 combo form. Shortly after the release of that head, there will be a stereo version of the same amplifier for all of you stereo effects lovers.
We need your support on getting the name of Janice to the mass public. Every shared photo, every comment and every word helps us more than you can ever know. We here at Janice take pride in providing you all with the best music products we can make. We promise to continue to uphold this quality through this time of adjustments. We want to ensure that we will be here in the future, so we can continue to work with each and every one of you to raise the standard of music equipment.
